Yes! The quote we provide is our upfront price. When we arrive, we confirm the price with you before loading anything. If the amount of junk is significantly different than described, we may adjust the price — but we'll always discuss it with you first.

We accept cash, major credit cards, and digital payments like Venmo and PayPal. Payment is collected after the job is complete and you're satisfied.

We prefer you to be home so we can show you the final price and get your approval before loading. However, if you need to step out briefly, we can text you photos and get verbal approval. We'll discuss this when scheduling.
